My name is Kris Baily and I’m the owner and lead installer at Precision Performance Films, where true automotive passion meets precision protection. With over 15,000 hours of installation experience and nearly 15 years in the automotive industry, I’ve committed my career to delivering high-end paint protection film (PPF) and automotive window tinting services that stand above the rest in both quality and care.

Growing up, I spent nearly every summer at the racetrack— absorbing the sounds, the speed, and the soul of motorsport. That lifelong enthusiasm evolved into professional experience working in the IMSA paddock, where I worked on a variety of sports cars and prototype racecars. I also gained valuable time in the NASCAR grassroots series, sharpening my eye for detail and performance. What began as a passion has now become a purpose—and I feel fortunate to bring that same energy into every project I take on.
